Nice Jordan's crunchie cereal (with rasberries, or maybe strawberries, not sure which as I can not read what is on the side of the packet!) and also the obligatory half a glass of pineaple juice
For lunch I had veggie spinach pasta with cheese sauce, and for my evening meal a mashed banana sandwich (yes, really!) followed by some small crunchie rice-cookies
Nothing for breakfast for me today other than some pineapple juice to wash down my tablets. Got physio-fitness shortly so need an empty stomach for that.
