Chinese food was the last thing that I ate.

Had a very nice toasted tuna melt panini for lunch at the local cafe.
 
A ham and cheese sandwhich was the last thing that I ate.
 
Had a very nice home-made risotto last night. Rice with chopped up small veg and a nice cheesy sauce over the top - bit unusual, I know, but it's my own receipe!
 
Fried Ocra and isntant pototeos. hehehe
 
French fries and microwave ramen. An odd mix that could only ever happen from the machinations of a college student. :)
 
Just had fruit juice this morning with my tablets as am off to physio-fitness shortly. Do not want to become re-aquainted with my breakfast half way through it!
 
Spaghetti was the last thing that I ate.
 
A delicious veggie-burger with fried onion, mash potato, thick gravy and peas for lunch. Oh, and with a slice of bread as well
