I had this dish in Ischia that was tiny crispy pieces of rabbit, garlic, copius olive oil, and fresh parsley on buccatini. Twas delightful.

Love pasta! Being half Italian I used to eat it ALL the time. Every Sunday was Italian dinners. But now that I'm out of the house/married I love making myself raviolis.
