I've ran away from bears in Sudbury. They often roam around at night in our city/town. We have lot's of forest areas where they live.

Have you had any crazy encounters with any wild animals?

Had a wild squirrel that followed us home years ago. It wasn't very old, and it followed one of my dogs, tI. (this must have been about 18 years ago now). It even came in the house and kept on rubbing itself inbetween tI's legs, the way a cat does. I think it mistook tI for its mother even though tI looked nothing like a squirrel (she was a golden Retriever).

When driving home from a remote, mountainous area in northern PA, I almost hit a baby black bear that jumped out of the woods! Scary!

Maybe it was horny? LOL

Nah, it was a youngster. I think it was a bit confused.
We gave it some nuts and then my daughter & I took it back to near the trees where it had first found us. But every time we put it on a tree it jumped down and kept on running after us as we tried to move away! It was really, really weird!

You should have kept it as a pet! hehe
