Spiders, rats or birds. None of them are really appealing as pets. I've been more than content with my dogs.

For me, it would be that pull of not knowing that would gnaw at me and I'd have to go look.Heather doesn't want me to go because she said he might not fit in with the animals we have now. But I feel quite compelled. I have to see if it's really him!
Same, my three dogs are pretty awesome.
Lol! I've only had small dogs, though I've been around friends with large dogs. Large dogs are quite majestic.
Our dog, Pooch, is part Heeler, and they are extremely loyal, and very emotional. That works, because we are emo as hell. LOL

I am cool with cats, but I would really struggle to have dogs. I had a dog chased me when I was a kid, and I have never recovered from that trauma even as an adult.
Oh that's just not fair! I love snakes and reptiles in general! Always so sweet and cuddly.
