I alays need something to help me switch off and rela x in the evenings or else I can not get to sleep, just in too much pain and discomfort for a start.

I have wireless headphones that is synced to my iPod. It only works for a few hours then I need to charge them again.

Hell yeah. And I love the Bluetooth, so it doesn't use a USB port and has much better range. Excellent sound quality too.
