Home made veggie soup for lunch with a freshly baked baguette.
BTW soup was a mixture of butternut squash, carrots, red onion, garlic, courgette, about half a dozen small mushrooms, a courgette, and some dried herbs

Had a very nice spinach-parcel pasta yesterday lunchtime with loads of cheesy sauce on top. Very tasty!

Home made soup/broth again for lunch. Now, what was in it? Courgettes, potato, couple of onions, bit of garlic, some mushrooms, and some celery. Very, very nice! Added a bit of cream cheese at the close to give it that unique tangy taste
