Alpha 0.4, registration system fixed and various updates in progress

I didn't even know the registration system was broken. I fixed it, and new members can now successfully verify themselves, which seemed to be the main issue.

Fixed a captcha issue on the forget password page.

I also have the gallery almost working. hehe

I've been working on the feed system.

Lastly, some cosmetic and consistency updates across various menus and pages.

Someone I've been talking to on a "goth" forum mentioned a bug when they tried to sign up. So I tested it, found the issue, and fixed it.
