More like model training. It's a smaller set of pictures with a specific goal in mind. You load the lora in advanced settings, then usually need to use keywords in your prompt to enable it.

Or add in an effect to your pictures. Check out CIVITAI they have all sorts of them as well as a lot of good videos about how everything works. I've learned a lot there. It is Stable Diffusion based, so it's relevant to any front end that uses that AI type, and that's most of them for pictures. On Foocus there is an advanced check box you open to get all sorts of options.
