Do cops abuse their power?

What do you think? I think a lot of cops abuse their power, and I believe most of them were bullied when they were younger, so they became cops.

I'm sure many cops abuse their power. But then again, many don't. As for being bullied, I dunno. Maybe they grew up in a bad neighborhood and wanted to do something to help others?
